Terms & Conditions

Assessment 

All services are subject to dogs passing the free 1-2 hour assessment session.

Banned Breeds 

We do not accept any dogs on the banned breeds list.

Bookings  

Regular bookings require a commitment of at least one nominated day per week. This day is guaranteed to your dog. We aim to be as flexible as possible so that day is changeable subject to availabilty.

Ad-hoc daycare is available though always subject to availabilty.

Feeding

We do not provide food beyond small treats, though if you would like your dog fed during their one hour lunch rest you can provide their food in a suitable container.

Eligibility

We do not accept:

- Dogs with a history of aggression

- Dogs that have exhibited aggressive behaviour

- Female dogs that are in season

Veterinary Care

In the unlikely event that your dog needs urgent veterinary care for illness or injury, your dog will be taken to their registered vet. If however this is not possible, they will be taken to our registered vet: Spring Lodge Vets, Ingatestone. Located 7 minutes from the daycare centre.

K9 to 5 will not be financially responsible for any vet treatments, costs or charges.

Cancellations

Leaving the regular booking commitment requires a minimum of two weeks notice.

Cancellations of individual booking days require 48 hours notice or will still be chargeable.
